Expensive and unskilled.
My experience with CA Wash Pros was quite disappointing. The job was done a while ago, but I only now had the chance to post this review. Communication through chat was rude and unprofessional, which left a bad impression from the start. For the high price they charge, I expected skilled service and better results, but the work felt sloppy and far below what I was hoping for. Overall, it was overpriced and underwhelming, I wouldn’t recommend them.
We live in San Jose and CA WASH PROS did an excellent job cleaning our gutters for a fair price. I plan to call them again for future gutter cleaning. I also really loved receiving photos of my clean gutters after the job was done AND they re-installed a loose bracket for free.
CA Wash Pros recently cleaned the roof of our Dublin home, and they did a fantastic job. The cleaning was required by our solar installation company, and it passed with flying colors. I live in Los Gatos and hired CA Wash Pros for roof cleaning so I could meet my homeowners insurance requirements. They did an amazing and very thorough job. The team cleaned not only the roof, but also the gutters, downspouts, and even the walls where debris had splashed. Everything looked spotless afterward. They also trim the tree branches that were hanging over my roof to help reduce any insurance risk, giving me a piece of mind.
