I'm glad we still have a Filipino restaurant on this side of town. I was told a new owner is managing this place now. Their sisig is 10/10! Kare kare is on point. Their home made shrimp paste is on the saltier side but its umami just hits right when paired with kare kare. Have yet to try their lechon. The 9-5 crowd are so happy you guys are open until 6pm unlike the previous restaurant. Thank you!
Been coming to Ca Lasa for awhile now. It used to be pick your plate restaurant. They changed owners but the quality of food is intact if not better. They're keeping what made that previous restaurant great and making changes that elevates Ca Lasa. The Chef is Kapampangan so you know the food is always hitting. Esp the sisig! And the staff is always welcoming. Glad to have y'all in the community!
