Update on my original review I initially was happy with the house and there were a few quirks along the way however, after we closed, I had noticed a few issues. I did reach out to them via Buildertrend about these issues and never received a response. I have been advised that CA Jones is no longer in business and I will be calling a lawyer. I do not recommend doing business with them and I would double check to make sure that they don’t do a name change.
I recently purchased a home built by CA Jones Inc. The process of turning the house over was terrible. 3 weeks later I still have multiple problems that a new house just shouldn't have. The process for warranty claims is not efficient. It's been a week and no phone calls or communications of any kind to fix anything. The house is overall OK no major issues. But the service after the purchase is awful. They just quit answering. The old owner had to come in and finish up the last two homes in the subdivision. Mr. Needles quit returning phone calls about 3 months after the sale, so the final work on the house was never finalized. If you have any dealings with Mike Needles, RUN! Purchased a new construction home June 2024. There was a potential drainage issue in the backyard identified during the inspection, which CA Jones said was just settling so they filled with more soil. They assured me if there was an issue it would be covered under my one year home warranty. I now have a wide open mini cavern under my patio.
