Purchased a new construction home June 2024. There was a potential drainage issue in the backyard identified during the inspection, which CA Jones said was just settling so they filled with more soil. They assured me if there was an issue it would be covered under my one year home warranty. I now have a wide open mini cavern under my patio. I recently purchased a home built by CA Jones Inc. The process of turning the house over was terrible. 3 weeks later I still have multiple problems that a new house just shouldn't have. The process for warranty claims is not efficient. It's been a week and no phone calls or communications of any kind to fix anything. My only hope is that someone affiliated with this company reads this and try to fix this problem.
Very unreliable and very bad customer service. Do not respond to customers. Think several times before you buy home from C.A. Jones. They have not sod and seeded my house for over a year. Not answering my phone calls or emails. Aesthetically the house looks good (no doubt about it) but quality and workmanship is quite below sub-standard levels. Cutting corners and cheap workmanship. From start to finish, Ryan was responsive and on top of things. Any warranty work was handled fast with no hassle.
Couldn’t ask for better communication during construction. Brittney was amazing at keeping paperwork and timelines organized.
