Two different parts to this review.... One previous review at 8 weeks and one review at completion. Custom Woodworks gets 5 stars for beautiful craftsmanship on the cabinets. They were able to match cabinet colors that we wanted and they worked with us on getting the style we wanted as well. They receive 3 stars for the installation process of the cabinets. 8 week review: Well at 8 weeks with a torn out kitchen, we are still waiting for a completion. Well at 8 weeks with a torn out kitchen, we are still waiting for a completion. The cabinets may be beautiful, but it’s a struggle to get this job completed.. As of right now they receive one star. I recommend getting an exact time to perform the remodel and if they don’t hit a deadline - you get a refund. We have another project we were going to use but I believe we will find someone else…I can’t trust them to complete the job in a timely manner.
