Not Going Back! I brought my AirBook here 3 times for the same problem and it kept breaking. Some positive reviews from website customers here but I don't think they they're very knowledgeable with mac. I would say that I wouldn't go back, but I'm thinking about going back just to ask for a refund.
AWFUL AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, these clowns ripped me off, they charged me to fix my daughters laptop but returned it to me in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off, I bought an ipod and a usb cord while I was there and neither one worked, when I informed them about it some moron told me that they would fix it but I'd have to pay for their services, I explained to the idiot that I just bought it from them and he said that I'd still have to pay. 3 months to design a half-ass website. Same story as others. Met with a designer, put a down payment of 50% and waited and waited and waited... They came back with some generic design so I requested a few minor revisions and I waited and waited and waited... 3 months later, they wanted full payment, but I said screw it- leave it how it is. Great Service at C4 Tech I recently brought in my work computer for repair. C4 Tech is close to where I work. They were thorough in explaining what was wrong with my system, and gettting it cleaned up. The techs even managed to get my Outlook personal files repaired so that all of my email was working again! They had my computer finished within two days-- I'd definitely come back anytime I have computer problems.
unhappy costumer Totaly unprofessonial ,the most rude service I have ever experianced, and a complete ripoff besides. My PC had a blue screen . Called and made an appointment and took pc in.The "receptionist" told me that the sevenry five dollor deposit would go towards repair but that for an additinal twenty-five I could have the work done overnight.I told her that would depend on what needed to be done.I paid 75 cash and left it there to be diagnosed. No Problems Dropped my iPhone off yesterday for screen repair and picked it up this morning. Works fine. They gave me a discount for working in the service industry, so thanks.
they know whats up when i first called,the secratary seemed confused about the problems i described on my monitor, so i asked if i should even come in for service she affirmed that (even tough she didn't have a clue about what i was talking about) the techs would whatever, i'm just right around the corner, so i showed up, but they wouldn't see me without an appointment unless i ordered Express support it costed extra but i was in and out, like a revolving door
Working with C4 continues to be a truly outstanding experience. They built us a terrific website that's great looking and easy to navigate.
