Great facility & great people to work with. I have used Pablo for physical therapy for years & years. He is very knowledgeable about the human body. Plus, it’s fun to see all the athletes get back to full strength & back to their sport.

After a pretty intense shoulder repair by Dr. Brett Sanders, I was offered a choice of a few therapy companies. And after checking reviews and missions of the different companies, I felt the best fit was C4. At 64, I thought I would be around a lot of younger (current) athletes, but that wasn't the case. And therapists were awesome. Asking what you really wanted, what goals etc. Then working with you to really focus on your individual path, changing up routines and challenging you to do well. I was told for three months that I would be transferring to C4 after meeting my goals at the CSMO office at the Atrium and exceeding what the Atrium’s physical therapists can provide. C4 turned around claiming that they cannot schedule me because it is *against the law* to treat someone with my secondary insurance. My secondary insurance isn’t being billed, and no such law exists.
