RecommendedMy favourite belt to ride in!! Super fun colours & pattens, but also have traditional & show friendly options.
There is no tracking information and every time I call it goes to voicemail I left a message and of course I haven’t received a call back!!! Scammed!!
Ordered a customized dog collar and it came in perfectly!! USPS was tough to deal with, however the staff here at C4 were fantastic and offered to ship a replacement right away. It wasn’t needed, but they were supportive and communicative throughout. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!!
Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered a gift more then 2 weeks before Christmas, and it did not arrive on time and at this point hasn’t arrived at all. I’ve been in contact with customer service and on multiple occasions have asked for the shipping information and tracking which they would NOT provide. I understand shipping has been difficult this year and is not in the company’s control, I would have appreciated honesty as apposed to being given the run around. Awesome customer service!!! First let me say I love C4 belts! However ... my buckle broke recently ... so I called in to customer service who quickly replied and shipped me out a new buckle for my belt at no charge!! I had the new buckle in 2 days!! SWEET!!
Love the belts and dog collars such a wide variety to customize and that C4 Belts supports Days End Farm Horse Rescue, that is my local rescue and I have 3 horses adopted through Days End.
