Choosing C3 Therapy was the best decision I could have made. After working with her for over four years, I can truly say she welcomes all experiences and works to meet people where they are at. Lyndsey is empathetic and sensitive to all situations and backgrounds. She consistently challenged me to be my best self. I highly recommend her services.

We went to couples therapy with Lindsay. She did not ever listen to me and blamed most of the concerns in our relationship to my husbands ADHD and she said “he cannot do anything about that. You need to change and be better”. I had a strong feeling that she was racist and/or does not really work with biracial couples to understand different perspectives. Of note, my husband also saw her perspectives as unfair and not helpful. Especially when we share that it does not work for us and she does not hear us. I do not recommend.

5 stars is an understatement! I’ve known Lyndsey Osler for close to 20 years and have benefited greatly from her council. She is warm and genuine; intelligent; and she will push you to do the work necessary for your wellbeing - whether that’s acceptance or change. I can’t recommend her enough.
