I closed on my house in December and the previous owner prepaid this company for a window to be replaced in my bathroom on October 27th, 2020 (I have the receipt.) Here we are, 7 months later, and guess what? Still no window!! Absolutely mind blowing. I've called them repeatedly every Friday since March and no one can tell me where my window is or when I can expect it to be installed. I've heard every excuse in the book from it being delayed due to Covid to the most recent one being "it's stuck in NC and we arent sure why." ... read more
