Awful experience. Do not deal with these people. Highly unprofessional. I paid my rent but they lost track of it. Insisted I didn't pay. It took months of frustration and dozens of emails. When I did prove them wrong they weren't apologetic - they were mean and rude the entire time I lived there.
Chad is absolutely the best building manager we have ever had! From the moment we moved in, he made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. He's genuinely dedicated to making sure residents feel supported and cared for. What truly sets Chad apart is his constant availability—he's there for us 24/7! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT RENT FROM CLG. It has been THE biggest nightmare of my life. I'm currently living at WM by CLG and management has been nothing short of a nightmare. No AC for over 30 days in the summer. They also had everyone move into the building without wifi for 30 days and would only issue a $150 credit (and none of the units really have cell service either). Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from ANY property owned by CLG. I have been living in one of their properties, WM by CLG, for 3 months now. There's not been one day in 3 months where Ive had an apartment that fully functions. Management is INCREDIBLY disrespectful. They're super responsive when they want your money, but the moment you want them to handle a maintenance issue, they take weeks on end to reply.
