I bought my vehicle in 2019, I have brought it to C ******** for every oil change I have had since my purchase. Terrible customer service. We had a recall on our Ford Fusion, the passenger door latch was bad. So my girl friend called them 3 times within 3 weeks asking about it. I understand the times we're in and that parts are back ordered but they kept giving her the run around. So when I called to see what's happening, they didn't even have the part on order for her.
