Fui con mucha illusion , pero mi esposo y yo nos llevamos una gran Desilucion, es trizte.que mis paisanos hayan olvidado el verdadero sabor peruano, y que personas se aprovechen de la ignoracia del Americano, y Les den Gato por liebre, la cocina peruana es deliciosaaaaa, no es dificil, hay que tener passion por el buen gusto pero es obvio que uds. No lo tienen

Amazing ceviche! My favorite is the Mixto. Great portion sizes, too. Also try the anticuchos (amazing), lomo saltado, frijoles puerco. Finally, I loved the drinks, Caipiginger and the Lima. Karlos and Paco are very friendly, great hosts, and committed to making C-viche a success. I've been there three times in just two weeks. Please support their efforts!!
