C & V did the backfilling on my new (5mth old) VanArbor house and unfortunately, I guess they didn't do it properly because a large sinkhole developed. They did come to fill it one time, but it is starting to sink again less than 2wks later...along with others that are forming. Apparently, their warranty only covers the one time repair. VanArbor seems to pick trades who are quick and cheap and this rarely equals quality. Would not recommend.
