Five stars for CU Vision! We lost an Ortho-K lens right before an international flight. Dr. He went above and beyond, contacting the supplier immediately and rushing the order from Toronto to ensure we had it in time for our trip. He even provided backup disposables for the interim. Lili was also wonderful, showing incredible patience while teaching my child how to handle the lenses. We are so impressed by their professional service and rare efficiency. I went there by chance and asked them if you can help me to know the pupil distance (PD). Both receptionist and optometrist said me no and give me reason that you need to buy glasses from us then we can help you. To know PD it require 2-3 minutes and I done that by myself at home with the help of YouTube video. For 2-3 minutes help I am not going to buy anything from the store. Dr. Rick Wong store (pearle Vision) is very good.
I have been coming here for almost 2 years for my contact lenses! Hand down to one of the best contact lenses I have ever tried! It feels super light and doesn’t dehydrate my eyes at all! Super friendly environment and great customer service! They also give out contact solution for regular clients! Highly recommend
