I saw Dr. Hepper a year ago for a cyst on my wrist. We decided to hold off on surgery and what i could go to help. My cyst got bigger in a year so I went back to have surgery and he explained everything regarding the surgery etc. I am two weeks out and things are going great. He and his whole staff are wonderful. He was extremely prompt from visits and surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hepper.
I had a serious elbow fracture and was in a great deal of pain. Dr Hepper scheduled my surgery quickly and was very compassionate. A second surgery was required months later due to scar tissue and hardware issues. He listened closely and explained what was needed. I’m doing well, and am happy with the results. His staff is also terrific. Paperwork is completed quickly and they are responsive to questions and concerns. A well-organized office.
Dr. Hepper explained things well, listened, and took the appropriate amount of time to do so. Very pleased
Bad pain in left elbow, he had an X- ray taken an took care of problem.injection.
I needed minor surgery and Dr Hepper was highly recommended. From the front desk to his friendly and kind medical assistants. He diagnosed my issue and moved forward with scheduling my procedure. His medical assistant Maddie kept me updated. She really strives to give the best care every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr Hepper and his amazing staff .
I am confident in Dr Hepper's diagnosis and treatment.
I wish Dr. Hepper did more than hands! He fixed my carpal tunnel in one surgery. In another surgery he fixed my trigger finger and also did a successful thumb joint replacement. I feel so much better! And I really have no noticeable scars. His work is like art!
Dr. Hepper never makes you feel rushed, he is an excellent listener and really takes time to evaluate your situation and considers your input. I felt respected and well-treated medically and personally. I wish that he were my PCP. A couple of years ago he performed surgery for a trigger finger that I had let become serious and I had a great outcome. As long as I have to do so, I will continue to see Dr. Hepper.
My two experiences with Dr. Hepper have been nothing but positive. He was incredibly kind and patient, and took the time to hear my medical history when trying to diagnose my issue. When I came back for the dreaded cortisone shot, he was very nice and helped calm my fears. I was worried when I first visited the office, as their sign indicated a long delay, but I was actually seen immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Hepper for any of your hand needs.
