This company was hired by the warranty department of *****************************. the lady was extremely rude and the plumber they sent out told us that the problem was no fault of our own. She told opposite information to the builder thereby absolving her employer of the responsibility for fulfilling the warranty. This is direct incompetence and she hung up oh me when I addressed my concerns stating that she didnt work for me she worked for the builder.
