I have been going to CT Nails for a few months because they’re affordable, and don’t take forever and a day like most salons. However, this last time, an older lady decided to dig into my toenails and I left bleeding from both toes. Now I have an appointment to see my PCP because, a week and a half later, my toe is extremely swollen and infected. Never again! I ordered my at home gel nail kit and won’t be spending my money or time there.
I only had my nails painted. I was charged $35 the 1st time and yesterday same paint job and I was charged $50. I was ripped off. I had my $35 receipt but Tammy the owner didn’t honor it.
Great experience every time I go!
The guy that works there is horrible. He made two of my nails bleed and one hurts the day after. He’s rude and did not respond at all when I told him he was hurting me. He then tried to “be nice” when he saw me complete my tip section on the credit card receipt. Also it’s not a very clean facility.
Took my grand daughter there this afternoon.. The male worker was rude, dismissive and did a shotty job.. Polish on the skin..streaks..they won't have to worry with us again
