I was never at this shop when it has had this name, C Street Bikes LLC but I used to go to this shop when it was called Universal Cycles and people who worked here deliberately refused to tell me about serial numbers on bikes, to simply show me the frame number on a bike of mine that I bought here that they fixed up, to keep a record of that bike, to tell me which bike locks are good and bad, to show me what a bike receipt looked like, and to tell me ways stolen bikes can be registered and recovered.
