Went in for a dirty/sticking throttle on my son’s e-bike. We thought it might be more serious but the owner (?) recognized it was just a dirty throttle immediately. He noticed that we’d put the pegs on incorrectly and said he felt bound to re-attach them as they were a safety hazard. For no extra charge. Did a couple of other alterations for us. Great service. Shop was busy but he was patient and thorough. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I was never at this shop when it has had this name, C Street Bikes LLC but I used to go to this shop when it was called Universal Cycles and people who worked here deliberately refused to tell me about serial numbers on bikes, to simply show me the frame number on a bike of mine that I bought here that they fixed up, to keep a record of that bike, to tell me which bike locks are good and bad, to show me what a bike receipt looked like, to tell me ways stolen bikes can be registered and recovered, and how long they kept past ... read more
Great guys. Excellent selection of bikes and top notch repairs. Definitely the best shop in the valley.
