I have rented with C-Star for about four years and they are by far the BEST company here in Stillwater to rent from. If you submit a maintenance request, they are there within 24 hours which is really nice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! If you're looking for somewhere to live, they are your best bet! 10/10 recommended!!

Management is horrible! Cstar is a joke, I had this apartment that was near OSU campus, the apartment location was convenient but a little pricy, and you could hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Management is horrible, I didn't have internet for 5 months even though I used to call every single week, their answer was "we will call the owner" pretty sure they never did since I didn't have internet for almost the first half of my lease, then I had to wait more than a month for someone to come and fix the light that fell from ... read more

I've lived in a couple of CStar properties over the last few years. I had a great experience when I lived at North Country in my 2 bedroom but moved out of town for a job. A year later I returned to Stillwater and wanted to go back to North Country for a 1 bedroom. When I went to view them I found out the manager had been relocated to another property. Just had my apartment complex taken over by Cstar and have had to call 3 times because the heat is out. NO ONE WILL FIX IT. Cstar BLOWS. Don't rent from them if you can avoid it. I had no choice my apartment complex was taken over by them.

C-star is a great company that manages many apartment complexes and duplexes in Stillwater and Oklahoma City. They also offer rent houses. They have wonderful staff at all of their properties and are very happy to help you in any way they can.

I live in NCC, a property managed by C-Star, I had a problem and they just didn't care. My apartment flooded for about 2 months, I was living there off and on, and they did nothing about it. They even are trying to keep my deposit costs for cleaning the carpet. They had to replace the carpet b/c of the constaint flooding. This company has horrible customer service and woudn't recommened them to anyone.
