Best independent shop for BMW (and other German makes) anywhere. Deeply experienced and knowledgeable mechanics you can trust. They listen to and address any questions or concerns you have. No annoying upselling or BS, just great service. They use genuine BMW parts and premium (Liqui Moly) oils and lubricants. One shop that does it all and does it to a consistently high standard.
I’m really impressed with CSMotorwerks. I’ve been coming to them for the past year and they are always very honest about the repairs my BMW X3 needs and don’t try to upsell me on anything. Christian and his team do a great job! I feel comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands. The price is fair, the work is done quickly and efficiently, and everything is explained clearly. I would highly recommend this shop!
Excellent service from start to finish. It was such a pleasure and joy to have everything go so smoothly on the repair of my 2019 BMW X3. I booked online and received a prompt email confirmation of the appointment. Once the car was at the shop, a link with estimate was sent to me via text so I could review and approve repairs to be done, followed by a confirmation once the work was completed. Brought the ‘09 Mini JCW in for a coolant leak and routine inspection and maintenance. They did a great job and communicated the various issues effectively. Shop is clean and professional. Overall, very easy process. Will use them again.
