This place is awful. I got called out by your employee Milen Guergov saying he would give me $100 if I sent a picture of a Rolex he thought I didn’t own. As soon as I posted a picture he didn’t want to pay and blocked me. Shame that you employee people who call people out but can’t keep their word.

I don’t want to give them any stars. I knew this place was a scam when they told me I had 10 days to make returns. Turns out I needed to exchange the size of a ring. They charged me $50 for “ shipping” because they had to order the ring apparently. They showed me an invoice where it clearly said $16.99 for shipping. Some how I was charged $50. They didn’t let me keep the invoice or see it. They only showed me the bottom of the invoice where it showed a total of $50 so I really couldn’t see what that invoice was from. If you ... read more

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I couldn't even get through the door as he kept it locked the whole time I waited and on top of that he Tells me to bring in my necklaces in so he could look at them and wouldn't answer the phone after that. Rude and very poor public relations

Brought an Omega Seamaster here to have the clasp repaired - essentially a small, rare spring issue - it was rapidly repaired with additional care applied to the watch band to remove even the slightest sign of scratches. Incredible service as one of the only certified Omega repair shops within a 2-3 hour radius
