I'm not one for reviews as everyone has a unique experience of their own, but C & S certainly deserves a higher rating from what I experienced. I found them in the middle of the pandemic in late 2021 and the entire process was streamlined, timely and professional. I appreciated this so much at such a stressful time of life. Very unprofessional company. We entered a three bedroom from them and we requested a couple repairs that never got done. We applied to another unit before our lease was up and then was told it was too early to apply and that the money order that we sent them for the application fee was suppose to be returned but never was and when we called to see if we were going to get the check back they hung up on us. I wouldn’t recommend applying to this company.

Miguel, who does an incredible job as service and maintenance person is extremely reliable, punctual, and resourceful. Steven is a stellar manager of a well maintained property with great detail to oversight and coordinating everything needed here, including the maintenance schedule and anything that is needed. I've never had the luxury of having such a great manager. I'm really impressed with how much is offered and taken care of here at an apartment building after moving from a house.
