If there were a 1/4 star I would pick this. From the Time I bought a condo that is supposed to be managed by this company, I have been very disappointed. They are very slow and unorganized in their handling of business. They do not take your calls when they know they have made mistakes. Very childish staff.

Very difficult to work with, poor communication
I would like to say as the owner of Beachside Mobile Pressure Washing it was a pleasure doing business with Judi Morrison from C&S Community Management. We are looking for to doing more work for them in the future. Todd Pierce
We have had C&S Community Management since 2014 and have been very pleased with their service, especially Betsy Davis our Property Manager who goes above and beyond the call of duty. They have always been very responsive to all our needs.
Our association could not exist without the support of our agent Betsy Davis (and her assistant Rebecca) at C&S. They go so far out of their way to assist us, responding promptly, even at night or on weekends/holidays, and taking such a burden from the shoulders of our board. We feel a real partnership with Betsy. Her loyalty to our association shines through, and her guidance has been and is invaluable.
