Terrible Experience – This has got to be run by one of the worst people working in the property management field. Kris Sims is totally unprofessional. She misrepresented our rental to us, lied about what she had said during our initial walk through and then refused to give us our security deposit back failing to perform a final walk through with us as required. Worst landlord ever – What a nightmare! It took almost two weeks and multiple trips to the office to get the mailbox key after I moved in. KS, the owner, kept telling us she'd have the key ready and I'd drive down to the office and get some excuse about how busy she was, if there was even anyone there.
