Cris sims is a severe slumlord, she bandaids broken stuff that needs replaced (ex. Black mold throughout her properties, broken ceiling tiles, air conditioner that is being held by Scotch tape, ceilings falling down, old heating units that are in violation of state/county code and been told by evergy that the units are a fire hazard, etc.). I was a renter for Kris Sims. She tried everything she could to get over on me. All the rentals under her have bad bug infestions, bed bugs, roaches and mice. She will send Richard Blanchette to your house to do repairs. This man has multiple sex offenses with children under 14. She rents to sex offenders and will put young mothers in the same building and not tell them about this. I would never rent from her ever.
She allows felons and says she believes in second chances, she will sneak in your home while you are gone if she thinks any funny business is going on she will kick you out and keep all your belongings. She even tried to call my probation officer to get me put in jail, luckily I was straight and she was crazy, but my children and I were forced to be homeless with absolutely nothing. C rae properties landlord kris is seriously a true definition of a slumlord! I had to have maintenance come multiple times to light the stove and it still don't all the way work. She had it set up that some other tenant paid my water bill when it said in the lease that landlord paid water. My water was off for days and that's how I found out it was paid by another tenant. C Rae Property is a rental company ran by meth heads. Very unprofessional. It will take a year before they fix anything. The property they manage is slum!!!!! Kris is the most ignorant person you will ever meet. No common sense ,no professionalism at all. If you call to get something fix she will have the perfect excuse for you. This company sucks! Kris is the worst landlord ever. more like a slumlord if you ask me. nothing ever gets done un;ess you stay on her over and over but then when they finally make it out its half done work
Kris Sims needs to be shut down, her maintenance team makes me feel uneasy letting them in my home, she wants her rent on time but doesn t repair anything on time and when it does get fixed it breaks rite back down and blames it on you... but i will say she will rent to people with bad credit but at what cost. smh
I rent from Kris Sims, and I had some credit issues. She made me take care of them before she would rent to me. Sometimes people need a second chance, and Kris is willing to give it to them. If you are smart enough to use it wisely, you can have a fresh start. Some of my friends have the best credit in the world, but they tear up their place, and others who have lousy credit are the best renters you could want. Fair and Honest – I rented from Kris Sims for a couple of years. She is tough, but fair. Maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner, as soon as the maintenance man could get to them. Maintenance people were friendly and helpful. They tried to do the job right, even if it took a little extra time. Pest control was handled the same way.
