RecommendedI’m absolutely impressed again at how professional and courteous they are. They took down two trees in less than two hours from my backyard. Excellent service from start to finish. Casey wrote me an estimate the day he came out to look at the job (felling several very tall pines, limbing up, grinding stumps and hauling away the chips). He gave me a date when the work would commence and the crew showed up on that very date and did tremendous work over the next two days. Everything was raked and blown off at the end. C&R did a wonderful job cutting down our trees and were very quick and efficient! They even cleaned up the yard very nice after they finished cutting! Very impressed! Thank you!
They need to improve by acting professional and not hostile toward customers. Learn customer service skills and not to ask the customer to step into the street to fight them.
We had C&R remove 8 large trees from our property today. They had all of them down and everything cleaned up in about 5 hours. We were very impressed by their hard work and dedication. A great group of guys. Should the need arise, we will definitely use them again.
These guys did a fantastic job for us. After having issues with several other companies that scheduled to come do the work and never showed, I called C&R. They came out, gave me an estimate and scheduled the service. They showed up on time the day we agreed on and cut down 2 trees. They had the trees down and cleaned up in less than 4 hours. We are totally satisfied with the price and the service.
