They ended up having to spend all day on this project but never lost their temper and never seemed like they were unhappy to take care of someone else's job. They were always right on time and let us know what was happening every step of the way. One of your employees driving a truck hauling a large trailer cut me off today. The driver rolled through the stop sign and caused me to slam on my brakes. I had my baby in the back seat. Absolutely disgraceful that one of our employees was so reckless! I left a voicemail in your general mailbox this afternoon altering you of the issue.
