Terrible. Kept a significant amount of our security deposit for weak or non existent reasons. Having to sue them to get our money back. Don't work with these people. we were kicked out after a year because the landlord wanted to move back in, and were not any help.
They are a fair and honest property management company. Ramona is very quick to respond with property needs and issues. I would rent from them again

I'd put zero stars if I could and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING TO THIS COMPANY...we applied for a home and went through the process including our new job offers they asked us for along with over 5 years rental history which we have 16 years in one spot on time and we pay our current bills on time. This company does NOT look into your rental history or call your previous landlord or check your income! The short version: Our experience was AWFUL. Had to spend over $500 on a lawyer to get my deposit back because THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN CONTRACTS. The long version of our experience with: CR Property Management 384 SW Upper Terrace Suite 203 (Used to be: 145 NE Revere Ave #4) Bend, OR 97701 We had to move out 3 months before the end of our 1 year lease, because my elderly mother in-law could no longer be left at the house unattended.
