Terrible. Kept a significant amount of our security deposit for weak or non existent reasons. Having to sue them to get our money back. Don't work with these people. we were kicked out after a year because the landlord wanted to move back in, and were not any help.
They are a fair and honest property management company. Ramona is very quick to respond with property needs and issues. I would rent from them again

I'd put zero stars if I could and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING TO THIS COMPANY...we applied for a home and went through the process including our new job offers they asked us for along with over 5 years rental history which we have 16 years in one spot on time and we pay our current bills on time. This company does NOT look into your rental history or call your previous landlord or check your income! They looked at our credit of having only 15 late payments because we had a hiccup with payments when our son battled cance... read more
