Very difficult company to work with. First of all I had to call three times over the course of two weeks to get approval to open an account, after all requested Info was submitted. FinalIy was able to order two pass thru windows with the understanding they were in stock in ATL. Found out afterwards they were not in stock. Have been tracking this order with customer service for three weeks and they have given drastically different information on shipping statuses and arrival dates.
