Was supposed to hem, fix button/snap closure, and dry clean before being a bridesmaid in a wedding. The buttons clasps were removed but not replaced and needed to be safety pinned for wedding, the dress was not dry cleaned as the initial white deodorant mark from trying on dress remained exact same, and I don’t even think it was hemmed. I was still charged $50 but pretty sure no work was actually done.
The dry cleaning was fine but the man at the desk was quite rude and I got about 3 different time estimations for the finish time of my dry cleaning. I won't use them again.
