I am late in writing this, but better late than never. We purchased a car "in a hurry" on Easter Monday, and did not think it was actually possible or could even happen. Well Jeff made it happen and did not seemed to be pressured by our request! He had all the right papers, had it inspected and ready for our daughter to take it back to Rochester the SAME DAY! On my way home my tire light came on ,although to some it is not a big deal...but to a73 yr old woman alone in a car it is a big deal. I pulled into the car lot and 3 gentlemen jumped into action to help. All 4 tires were so low they put the air in and then took the car for a test drive to turn the light.
