My son treated us to this absolute GEM! The appetizers were out of this world. We shared five of them, and I still have a hard time picking a favorite. It would probably be the gnocchi with duck confit, which I literally ate with my eyes closed. It was so UNBELIEVABLE, I didn't want it to end! My rockfish with shrimp and grits was also delicious. Undoubtedly the best meal I have EVER eaten!!!

It was our first time back to C&O in years - we just moved back to town and wanted to have a night <sans bébé>. It was just as we remembered it! A small but exquisite menu, fantastic service, and a wonderful ambiance carved out of a rustic setting. Oh, and the food? Pure bliss. As in, close-your-eyes-to-focus-on-the-gustatory-delight bliss. The place hasn't changed, and we hope it never does. We highly recommend it when you're planning a lovely evening and you want a place that rises to the occasion.
