Ask for almond shape and she kept saying that is almond and then she kept talking to her friend instead of me .the rude asking me if I’m Nigerian and said that we all the same (with our accent because I’m African )she was so rude her white friend came then was so nice to her .I had a better experience with them long time again but this time I don’t get why asking what you like is a problem then charging me $50 for this ???
I'm updating my initial review from a one star. The business was able to do good on their part by calling me in to redo my nails. Susan was remorseful, apologized (though it wasn't her fault) and even offered free service. I acknowledge that we all make mistakes, and I'm all for second chances. Thank you
Absolutely worst nail salon i have EVER gone to! It was an emergency situation where i needed one nail fixed, and it was the closest salon open so they fixed the one nail thankfully before i went to my event (needed just one nail fixed) fast forward it started lifting so I started trying to take it off and i realized it’s ripping off my ACTUAL nail.
