After a little more than eight years since installation, we are having to spend hundreds more to replace two windows that C.N.W. put in our home because of their shoddy work. Their installers took so many shortcuts that water and moisture have found its way into our daughters' bedroom to allow mold to grow. Several things they did led to this large out-of-pocket expense. If you were so knowledgeable about the installation and concerned how it was completed a simple call could have adverted your anger and frustrations.
