C&N was hired to inspect my roof after possible water intrusion. They concluded there was no evidence of a breach in the building's exterior, and that the evidence of water damage was not from an external source. However, the report did not include any photos of the roof. I had a second contractor hired to complete an inspection who found a clear opening in the roof directly above the interior water damage (see attached photo).
