I had my old water softener replaced with a new system by C&M Water Systems in 2016, and although I had a couple of issues where I had to call for repair, the customer service has been excellent. From Taylor who takes the phone calls, to Evan who does the repairs (which were both covered by the warranty), the experience has been great. I highly recommend this family-owned, local business to anyone looking to invest in a new water softener!
