Very professional and honest. They fixed my stove and glass top. Installed my new microwave too. The owner Mike is very knowledgable and accomodating. And his brother works with him ... great Family business that take pride in their work!! And, they were very clean! They even took my old oven with them to dispose for me so I didn't need to worry. Great company and good people! Highly recommend! 5*
I was having trouble with my Sub Zero and I called Sub Zero Appliance Repair and the service was that I received on my appliances was very good!! I finally found someone honest who really knows what they're talking about! I have had terrible experiences with service companies before . I highly recommend their service company and Billy really knows what he is doing when it comes to my household appliances! So happy I found them.
I contacted Sub Zero Appliance Repair based on many positive reviews. Oliver came in next morning, did some tests, and replaced the fan in the freezer. He told me that the fridge should be fixed. Then 24 hours later, the fridge still did not cool down. I sent a message to Oliver. He called me right back and gave me some tips to try. My fridge started working finally. Oliver is professional and responsive. I highly recommend Sub Zero Appliance Repair to whoever needs the service.
Just an all around geeat place to have upholstery repaired a real craftsman and excellent cutomer service.
ah - if only all brick and mortar retail experiences were like this. honest, capable, full of character - oh yeah, and a great selection of fabric.
