I call and ask if I can bring my car in for an inspection. I’m told by Craig that if I can bring my car in with in the next few minutes I can get you in or it will be 2pm when my guy gets back from lunch. It was 12:40. I told I’ll be there soon. He said Ok. I get there at 12:50. They say it will be awhile. I asked if his guy already left for lunch. He said no there are 2 cars ahead of you. He said you can come back later if you don’t want to wait. I said 2pm? He said no 4pm. What a waste of time.
