My shower-stall leaked in June they put putty to repair and again today (October) leaking again in exact same spot and they said it’s not same issue....they don’t stand by there work.. they have fixed same leak twice and now my ceiling is open and soggy.. Definitely ask before you buy new construction .. neighbors have had septic issues too

C & M did the plumbing for my new home. It’s been going on 4 months and I still have exposed pipes from them not coming to back fill after it passed inspection 4 MONTHS AGO. Had I known on day 1 after the passed inspection that C & M wasn’t going to come fill the ditch they dug I would have done it myself. Appreciate the half a** job guys and girls in the office! We have had nothing but problems since they installed our new system in 2012. We called within a few months because of it backing up into our home. At no time has anyone came back out to see what the problem is. We have had to pump it at least 1x yearly. My last conversation with Mike was him telling me that it wasn't his problem and he hung up. Will never recommend them.
Service was great! Was originally told would be 2 weeks before they could come out, but would try to get something earlier if they could. Called me back and had us taken care of in 2 days!!
Zeke came to our house and was fantastic. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will be using them again.
