Well trained staff on lawn equipment
It was unfortunate experience dropped off weedeater that needed a new coil 28 days later still have not even looked at it or ordered parts. Was told they are running behind and given an apology . Left with weedeater in the same broken shape, wasted four weeks. Do not waste your time with this place for repairs.
Superb folks! Bought an Echo 400 stringer head from them for a Stihl trimmer, the young man automatically put in the correct adapter for me so alls I had to do upon arriving home was to screw it on the trimmer. Very proactive customer service, greeted upon entry, will definitely be back! Thank you all! Great selection of items as well!
Old school customer service in all the right ways. Stopped by because I was having trouble with my Stihl weedeater. They nearly met me at the door. He stepped out back to tuned on it and had me going in just enough time for me to drool over the new selection of Stihl/Echo/Scag equipment. This kind of customer service makes for lifelong customers. Happy to have a shop like this close by. 👍🏼
