Today, 3 people came by who bought storage auctions and cleaned out their units. All of our lockers seemed off, 4 tackle boxes but no fishing poles? Big toolboxes with 1 or 2 tools? Rifle case with no rifle? Orange tote box in the picture, no orange tote box in the unit? Maybe coincidences, but others lockers reported open boxes and drawers that were emptied, pictures not matching the website. At first, I was satisfied with the customer service. Kim worked well with me to set up my account, services and payment. I rented 2 units from her for 4 months and had all the contents from within my house stored in her units. However, when I moved my things out, I found that the units had mice and many of my belongings had been damaged. When I called to speak with Kim about the problem, she became very rude and defensive and stated she was not responsible for my damaged items.
