About this business
Our open concept kitchens are supplied with only the freshest ingredients. At our Kamloops location, we make everything daily from scratch including mushy peas, coleslaw and c-food chowder (an old family recipe). We hand-cut all of our own fish and potatoes for chips. Every year a typical C-Lovers location goes through about 100,000 lbs of fish (Alaskan Halibut, Pacific Cod, East Coast Haddock) and 160,000 lbs of Kennebec potatoes.
