If I could give them a 0 I would. This was a horrible experience and I would never use them again. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money do not take the cheaper route because it is not worth
I would not recommend this pool company to anyone. I was lied to from the beginning. Was told it would take 3 weeks to put a liner in. It took 9 months. Mr. Mark Snow is not trustworthy and very dishonest man. I don't know how he sleeps at night. Now the pool liner is coming down. He keeps telling me that he will come fix it but he hasn't yet. He charged me $500.00 to remove a rock that you can pick up with one hand. Told me it was a big rock and would need to be dug out with heavy equipment. I filmed him digging it out. He ... read more
