We had Jeff and the crew put in a check valve system under our driveway several years ago, and have had them out for a few other smaller jobs since. Absolutely wonderful people and high quality work! Can't recommend them highly enough!!!
Called C&L and talked with Jeff about some sewer issues I was having due to settling on the outside against the foundation. Explained the issue and even sent a picture to Jeff for his advice, he was great to talk with and very helpful. Jeff walked me through step by step what I needed to do, very pleasant to talk with. I had a water leak for days and days and didn't know it. Jeff came out and figured out what needed to be done and gave me a quote within 30 mins. They came out the same day to do the job. Alot of digging! Sorry guys! Jeff and Luke were so nice and accommodating. Had to wait on the plumber to reroute my waterline in the house and he even reinstalled my water softener system. Overall, I am just so happy with the job and how quick it all took place! Thank you C & L Backhoe!
Extremely pleased with the customer service, quality of work effort, and affordability. They were prompt on the phone to discuss the situation, performed an on-site visit in a very timely manner, and kept me updated of any information, delays, and progress on a timely manner. Jeff and Luke were amazing to work with! I would definitely use them again and recommend them over other excavating vendors in the local area that I did not have anywhere near the level of customer service experience with.
Thank you for fixing a problem that has been plaguing my life for about 2 decades. Roter Rooter states it was roots that clogs the pipe every single time they came out and clear it. So I cut down the tree and do the chemical flushing thing which solved nothing. Found out there's a huge crack in the pipe and Roter Rooter was going to charge $6000 to fix it. Their selling point was "We can be out here tomorrow". Well, C & L Backhoe Services also can be out here tomorrow and was significantly cheaper. With the cheaper pricetag ... read more
