Unresponsive to phone calls. Is supposed to be an HOA, but allows owners/tenants to do whatever they want. My driveway is blocked by random peoples cars at least 3 times a day. When I call the tow company, they call CK first and nothing happens. Also, there is a huge flat bed tow truck that has been parked in the visitor space for at least a week. I have called and have not heard back. I would just like to be able to leave my own home at my leisure.
