Charlie is the best!
I never leave reviews but I feel I have to this time. Worst manicure I’ve had in a very long time. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Filed my nails all the way down to my skin instead of clipping them first. Polish application was awful and top coat left flecks of red glitter on several nails. Polish started bubbling immediately. She asked me if I was happy and I told her not really. She offered to repaint my nails. She removed the polish aggressively enough to make the cuticle on my ring finger bleed. I just t... read more
I was nervous due to other reviews but I had a great experience here. Everyone was nice. The lady did a fantastic pedicure for me and the place was bright and clean. Definitely going back! This is my third nail place in the area and definitely the best!
I personally will not be coming back to CK nails again. Due to my health I have very thin nails that rip. My toe nails unfortunately are very short due to my health and me not having time to religiously get them taken care of. As the lady started working on my feet she mentioned I had “no nails”. Then she proceeded to yell across the room that I have “no nails” and started talking in a different language about my “no nails”. The first picture is the messy polish job I left with. She didn’t bother cleaning up the spots she got all over my skin, hurt my repeatedly and when I told her she just shrugged it off. I love the color but don’t know why she bothered taking the phone to have the phone when she wasn’t going to do what I asked and argued with me every time I said no until I finally just quit saying anything.
