So dissatisfied! I have been coming to this salon for several years now and up until my last visit a few weeks ago was very happy. Both the tech that did my shellac pedi and the other tech that did my set of gel nails were people I had never seen before. With the tech that did my pedi I repeatedly needed to tell her that she was hurting me, and the other tech even had to tell her she was hurting me, and she cut my nails so short and cut my cuticles that I was bleeding on three different nails. Went here for the first time and was so disappointed in the quality and customer service here. The workers were quite rude to me and other customers that were present. The quality of the pedicure was not the best and the prices are fairly expensive for the area / quality in my opinion. Also there is no air conditioning so it was very hot and sticky in there. I am unsure if it is always like that but I was very disappointed.
Worst experience ever. I came to do a pedicure when another client came in. She rushed through the whole thing, slapped some color on just to finish it under 10 mins or so in order to accommodate her other “ important “ client
