Gotten my hair done here for years and have so many compliments �
Beyond devastated. On June 7th I had an appt with CINDY the owner of CK hair salon located in Excelsior Springs. The appt was at 9am, and she messaged me that she would be half an hour late due to locking herself out of her house. I understood accidents happen, and told her alright. As I sat in the parking lot a car with 3 people showed up. And once CINDY finally arrived, we all went in. I was not expecting her to handle 4 peoples hairs at the same appt time.
