We reached out months prior to job. He was slow to respond to emails . Come spring , stated he lost our original deck plan and we had to go over it again. He submitted a request for the permit that was wrong. He forgot show up to a meeting to sign the contact until we called him to remind him . Gave him the business anyway, ( silly us) . We approved a quote & we were told it would take 5 full days. A month later we are finally done. He would show up for an hour or so per day, some days not at all .
