RecommendedTALENTED ladies. C Joy Salon offers amazing customer service and technicians (? hairdressers?) with a wide variety of skills. They do amazing things with my extremely thin/fine. Great atmosphere, offering hot tea (wine would be kinda nice, wink wink) and other beverages. I would trust these guys with my hair.
Very disappointing experience and no offer from management to correct or compensate in any way. I will never return if as there was no consideration for customer when salon was totally at fault. When booked appointment for 90+ Mom specifically askeD and confirmed twice on phone. When got to salon said had no rollers to do a set! Asked manger if there was anything they could do and only answer was no. Even if offered to take $5 off would have been something for the mistake.
