I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company while renting my two-bedroom apartment. The property manager, Evelyn, provided some of the worst service and response times I have ever dealt with. Communication was consistently poor, replies were slow or nonexistent, and when she did respond, she came across as rude and unprofessional. Stay away from these mean people. I rent a 2 bedroom apartment with them and only given one set of keys. I told them my parents would come over to stay with me at the application stage. And they refused to provide another set of keys, just because I am the only person on the contract. I used to be given 2 sets of keys without any additional words when renting one bedroom apartment.
